Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Because our products are made on demand through Printful, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations. Please read this section carefully before placing your order.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color choice, or change of mind.

All items are produced specifically for each order, and we do not keep physical inventory.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement.

Steps to follow:

  • Take clear photos showing the issue
  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Once reviewed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost

Can I change the size or color after placing my order?

Changes are only possible if your order has not yet entered production.

  • Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order
  • Once production starts, no changes can be made to size, color, or design

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled if production has not yet started.

  • If the order is still processing, cancellation may be possible
  • If production has started, cancellations are not allowed
